design - Photoshop - Resizing shape's layer style -

i'm working on icon made shapes , each shape used layer style. when enlarge icon "free transform path" of effects in layer style won't scale accordingly , different. there way scale icon without lossing effects?

you can merge down layers 1 layer, try enlarging shape.

Nuget pack csproj using nuspec -
